My country is for joy

The wide land and its far horizon

See the blue of the sea…. It’s a jewel sea

Feel the wind moves with elegant motion

The clouds are happy to be with us

This is why I do love my country

            My country is for unity

            Where our hands hold together 

            The same right to live happily    

            Where the mind is without fear

            The heaven of independence

            Where the knowledge is free

            The vision of a greater nation

            This is why I do love my country

My country is full of history

Stand with thousands temple

Dance following its harmony

Live with the great struggle

And smile as its beauty

This is why I do love my country

            My country is more than just beautiful

            The whole world knows ……

            How beautiful my country is        

            How we build the peace

            Can you imagine that?

            This is why I do love my country

My country was a home

My country is a home

And will always be the home

This is why I do love Indonesia

Negeriku adalah kebahagiaan

Daratan luas dan garis pantainya yang panjang

Lihatlah birunya laut…. laut yang indah

Rasakan angin yg bertiup dg gerakan elegan

Sang awan bahagia bersama kami

Inilah mengapa aku cinta negeriku

            Negeriku adalah kesatuan

            Dimana tangan kami saling bergandengan

            Persamaan hak utk hidup dg bahagia

            Dimana pemikiran tanpa ketakutan

            Surga kemerdekaan

            Dimana pengetahuan adalah kebebasan

            Pandangan utk negara yang lebih baik

            Inilah mengapa aku cinta Negeriku

Negeriku penuh akan sejarah

Berdiri bersama ribuan candi

Menari mengikuti harmoninya

Hidup dengan perjuangan hebat

Dan tersenyum seperti keindahannya

Inilah mengapa aku cinta Negeriku

            Negeriku lebih dari sekedar indah

            Seluruh dunia tahu……

            Betapa indah Negeriku

            Bagaimana kami menciptakan perdamain

            Sanggupkah engkau bayangkan?

Negeriku (dahulu) adalah sebuah ‘rumah’

Negeriku (sekarang) adalah sebuah ‘rumah’
